The Granary is a detached stone cottage on a working farm in rural Ceredigion, three bedrooms and sleeping six. Everything essential comes as standard—electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels—so you arrive to a ready-made home. The wood burner is already stocked with initial logs. A dishwasher, washer-dryer and full cooker mean proper cooking is straightforward; a travel cot and high chair are available if needed.
Downstairs holds the living room with smart TV and access to a patio, plus the kitchen-dining space. Three bedrooms occupy the ground and first floors: one double, two pairs of singles. The single bathroom has a shower cubicle. On-site parking is private to the property. The farm itself sits within 48 acres of grounds, shared with other holiday lets; there is a bike store in the barn and a barbecue shelter available for hire. A natural spring supplies water, and a fenced pond sits in the wider grounds. Smoking is not permitted.
Cardigan Bay lies a short drive away. The village of Aberporth is nearby for coastal access. New Quay, known for bottlenose dolphins seen from the harbour, sits 15 minutes' drive off. Aberaeron's Georgian harbour and restaurants are a little further along the coast. One dog stays free; check in is after 4pm, departure by 10am.

We stayed on this lovely CL earlier this week and will be returning soon! We had only booked for two nights but it was so relaxing we stayed an extra night. Really lovely location, great for visiting various very pretty beaches and villages and other attractions and, although it's with in easy reach of the A487, it's just off a very quiet lane so was very peaceful. Gorgeous alpacas and Shetland ponies as neighbours....and Mark and Philippa were so friendly and helpful with lots of local knowledge. Also very dog friendly. Debbie and Phil

What an absolute gem of a place to stay. My wife and I stayed in the cl site for a week, everything is impeccably kept, lots to do in the surrounding areas, very beautiful, quiet and peaceful on the site, with a lovely lane to walk the dogs. Cardigan, Tresaith, Aberporth and New Quay are all nearby. For animal lovers, there are horses , donkeys, goats, alpacas .......and our favourite a 'huge' ram called Thomas 💙 Phillipa and Mark were great hosts, and we can't wait to come again. We have just had a most wonderful, peaceful week in the Stables Cottage with our two grandchildren. Philippa and Mark couldn't have made us feel more welcome than what they have done. Philippa let our granddaughter help with the miniature Shetlands each day, which was an added bonus. Feeding the ducks, sheep, donkeys and alpacas was almost part of our daily routine. Great for children! The cottage itself was very spacious, spotless and had all that we needed. We only had a couple of trips out to the beaches, and at Mynt beach we saw lots of dolphins off shore. The Coastal Farm was lovely for the children, and spotted seals from the cliff tops. The Shire Farm was nearby and spent an afternoon there, along with castle visits, and a lovely day crabbing at New Quay. A brilliant week away, and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family, and will hopefully back for another visit. Thank you Philippa and Mark for sharing your beautiful and special place with us. Geoff, Jill, Jack and Evie

Peaceful and gorgeous Welsh surroundings. Well maintained site, all credit to the owners. Cottages are close to the CL site. Pembryn beach is a must see but be prepared for an hour walk to it. Add 30 min on top for that for the return trip as it’s a 10% incline.
