Cei Newydd is a ground-floor stone cottage that has been fully renovated and sits in the hamlet of Nanternis, a short distance from New Quay. The lime-washed walls and pale blue accents reflect the coastal setting. Everything is on one level, with step-free access and parking for two cars on site.

Inside, the open-plan living space centres on a woodburner, with a well-equipped kitchen that opens to a decked garden and patio. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and ensuite shower, the other with zip-and-link single beds—plus a family bathroom. Essentials including heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are provided. The enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue.

The location works well for exploring the Ceredigion Coast Path and the surrounding countryside. New Quay is within reach for day visits. The property does not permit smoking.
