The village of Llangrannog sits on the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast, an area designated for its unspoilt shoreline and wildlife. This detached cottage occupies a quiet hamlet near New Quay, set back from but within reach of coastal footpaths and lanes that wind through the locality. Built some 200 years ago, the property retains exposed stone and beams beneath a Welsh slate roof, though the interior has been fully renovated.

The ground floor holds a living room with a wood burner, a separate dining room and a kitchen with a breakfast area. French doors from the lounge open onto an enclosed lawned garden with patio seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a double with its own ensuite bathroom, a kingsize, and two singles—plus a second full bathroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the initial fuel for the wood burner is provided. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and there is private parking for three cars on the property, plus a bike store.

The Ceredigion Coast Path runs within walking distance, with various lanes and footpaths leading out from the hamlet through the surrounding countryside. A National Trust cove at Cwmtydu, roughly a mile away, has a pebbly beach where seals are sometimes spotted in autumn. New Quay lies about three and a half miles off. No smoking is permitted inside.
