Cledan

Cledan stands yards from the sea on its own grounds, with a private drive and parking for two cars. The single-storey layout means everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner-style electric fire, smart TV and full kitchen, plus two bedrooms with en-suite showers. The first has a king bed, the second two single beds. Both have dressing areas. Everything needed for cooking is here—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—and essentials like electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard.

Glass-panelled decking at the front faces the water, designed to catch the sun while the shelter works against sea breeze. The enclosed front garden has seating and furniture. A wooded backdrop and proximity to the river mean wildlife is a regular feature: various birds, red kites, rabbits and squirrels. The property sleeps four and welcomes one pet. No smoking indoors. Children under 12 are not catered for.
