Greenmeadow Bungalow

Greenmeadow Bungalow is a detached bungalow standing on the edge of Llanon village, built within two acres of grounds that include a small stream. Everything is arranged on one floor: two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), a shower room, and a combined kitchen and dining room opening into a living space with a woodburner. The beach lies half a mile away, and Aberaeron is five miles inland.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Bed linen and electricity are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with furniture and a barbecue, plus private parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

This suits anyone wanting a quiet base for coastal walks or watersports—New Quay and Aberystwyth lie about ten miles away—or for exploring inland toward Tregaron, Lampeter and Cardigan. A pub, shop and restaurant are within a mile. No smoking indoors.
