Ty Ffynnon
Ceredigion
Ty Ffynnon suits families and small groups wanting their own place with contemporary conveniences alongside outdoor space. The whole property is yours for the stay: three bedrooms sleeping six (a king on the ground floor, two singles and another king upstairs), two bathrooms, and a wood-burning living room with smart TV. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and you get bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and the initial logs for the fire included.
A decked garden with furniture and a hot tub faces out from the house. Llanon beach is within half a mile on foot; Aberaeron, known for its Georgian harbour-front and seafood restaurants, is five miles away. The area attracts walkers (National Trust land nearby), birdwatchers hoping for red kites, and people wanting riding, shooting or karting. The village itself has pubs and shops within reach. No smoking indoors; one dog is welcome to stay.
