Haybarn Cottage

Haybarn Cottage is a single-storey conversion on a working estate in Ceredigion, positioned to overlook the valley and surrounding countryside. Everything is on one level: a combined living and dining space with kitchen, one double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. French doors from the bedroom open onto a private balcony. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi and underfloor heating are included, along with bed linen and electricity.

The cottage sits within grounds that contain an enclosed garden with patio seating, a heated outdoor swimming pool (open late May through September, 9am to 6pm), and a tennis court. There is parking for one car on site. Smoking is not permitted. The setting is rural but not isolated: Cwm Tydu beach lies just over a mile away, and the nearby towns of New Quay and Llangrannog have restaurants and shops. This stretch of coast opens onto Cardigan Bay, with blue flag beaches, cliff paths and the kind of rocky inlets where dolphins and red kites appear regularly.
