Lily Pond Cottage is an inverted design with the bedroom downstairs and living spaces upstairs, overlooking the pond and gardens of a small estate near Cardigan Bay. The single double bedroom sits on the ground floor alongside a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, an open-plan first floor combines living and dining areas with a kitchen equipped for proper self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and microwave—plus underfloor heating throughout. Wi-Fi, electricity and bed linen are included.

The property sits among restored stone cottages with shared access to extensive grounds: countryside trails with picnic benches, an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue, and a heated outdoor swimming pool open from late May through September. A tennis court is also available to guests. The Ceredigion coast is just over a mile away, with Cwm Tydu beach and access to cliffs, coves and sandy stretches nearby. New Quay and Llangrannog are a short drive, offering restaurants, pubs and boat trips where bottlenose dolphins are regularly spotted. This is a no-smoking property with parking for one car.
