Llain Cottage

Llain Cottage is a single-storey property in rural Ceredigion, set within the owner's grounds along a private track. Everything you need for a self-catering stay is already here: bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included, and the kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The space is open-plan on the ground floor, with living area, dining space and kitchen flowing together, brightened by French doors that open on to the enclosed garden.

The bedroom holds a double bed and has an ensuite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Outside, there's garden furniture, a barbecue and a private hot tub for four. One dog is welcome to stay free. Parking is provided for one car, and there's a bike store. The cottage is roughly five minutes from Cross Inn and its village shop, and a similar distance to New Quay, a coastal town above Cardigan Bay with harbour walks, restaurants and small shops. The Afon Mêl Honey Farm & Meadery is at the end of the lane. Beaches are a few minutes' drive away. No smoking inside, but the enclosed garden offers a designated alternative.
