This former barn has been converted into a substantial detached property spread across three floors, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground floor contains two en-suite bedrooms, a utility room and a shower room. Upstairs, the first floor is given over to an open-plan living and dining space with a smart TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen; French doors open onto a balcony. The top floor holds a fourth bedroom with its own bath and shower. The layout makes good sense for groups or families who want space to spread out without losing a social hub.
Essentials are included: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and heating throughout. You have use of the enclosed garden with patio furniture, a hot tub, and table tennis. There is parking for four cars at the property. One dog is welcome and stays free. No smoking indoors. The property sits on a farm track in a quiet spot, translated from Welsh as 'delightful valley'. Within three miles is Cwmtydu beach, a sheltered cove where seals pupping in early autumn, and the Ceredigion Coastal Path runs nearby for cliff-top walks. The village of Cross Inn, a short distance away, has a pub and shop.

Great place to spend time with the family. The hot tub is good, but it does need to be kept on top of, to keep it warm. Few essentials missing, black bags some cleaning stuff, could do with maybe some extra towels, also had a leaky toilet which wasn't great. We needed gas for bbq and 10 mins asking for it a new bottle was brought to us 👌

What a perfect retreat. The place is so private, loved the silence. The house had everything you needed, each room has it's own bathroom, upstairs an open plan kitchen/diner/living room with balcony and lots of outside space with hot tub, table tennis seating area are just perfect. Close to beaches and plenty of walks this place is ideal for families or groups of friends.
