Myfanwy is a shepherd's hut built from timber and metal, standing alone in an enclosed paddock with views across fields towards the Cardigan coast. Everything happens in one open-plan room: a living area with a wood burner, a small kitchen with a gas hob, a dining space, and a bedroom corner with a double bed. The shower room is compact but separate. One car can park on site, and there's an enclosed garden outside with seating, a table and chairs, and a firepit for evening gatherings. Electricity, heating fuel, bed linen and towels are all included.
The hut sleeps two and is yours alone—no shared spaces or other guests. One well-behaved dog can stay for free. The nearest village is Ciliau Aeron, where bridleways crisscross the Aeron Valley and the National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate sits a short way off, with its Georgian house, working farm and woodland to explore. Aberaeron, a coastal town with a working harbour, is a short drive away; it has restaurants, independent shops, a sandy beach, and boat trips that head out to see dolphins and seals. The Aeron Trail is a popular cycle route if you want to move under your own pedal power. This is a no-smoking property.
