Briallen - Primrose is a double-height lodge with an open-plan ground floor that sets the tone immediately: a generous living and dining space flows into a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook and gather together. Two bedrooms occupy this level—one with a double bed, one with single beds—along with a shower room. Upstairs, a super king bedroom with its own ensuite offers more privacy. The property sleeps six and comes with bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi included; families with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate on hand.

What distinguishes a stay here is access to the on-site leisure facilities: a shared 16-metre heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, sauna and steam room, plus a private hot tub for six in the garden. The lodge itself sits in countryside near the village of Mydroilyn, close enough to Aberaeron for coastal walks and a proper seaside town without being in the thick of it. There's parking for three cars and an enclosed front garden with seating. One dog is welcome, though the rural setting—surrounded by sheep, goats and other livestock—means it must stay on a lead.
