Old Stables Cottage suits families and larger groups looking for a full property to themselves in rural Ceredigion. The cottage sits within a wooded valley near Noyadd Trefawr, a mile or so inland from the coast. Three bedrooms sleep six: two doubles and a third with two three-quarter beds. The ground floor centres on a combined kitchen and living space with a woodburner, and there's a separate dining room, utility room and shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Upstairs holds the bedrooms and a second shower room. The enclosed garden has a barbecue and firepit, with seating throughout. One car parks in the courtyard; further spaces are 30 yards away. One dog stays free.

A travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard are on hand. The property is no-smoking. Note that the garden includes 15 steps and the water comes from a borehole rather than mains supply; the access road suits standard ground clearance only.
