Synod Cottage

The Ceredigion coast around New Quay is scattered with beaches and coves, and Synod Cottage sits within easy reach of them all. The village of Synod Fach is quiet and rural, but the harbour town with its galleries and seafood restaurants is only a short drive away. The cottage itself is a whole property to yourself, with two bedrooms sleeping up to six, a wood-burning stove in the main living room, and a conservatory looking out across the garden.

Bedrooms contain zip-and-link beds that can be configured as doubles or twins. The kitchen is equipped to cook properly—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave—and there's a separate utility room with washing machine. One shower room serves both floors. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included, and the wood burner is fuelled. You also get a welcome pack on arrival.

Outside there's an enclosed garden with a private hot tub, seating area and barbecue, plus parking for two cars and a bike store. The cottage accepts one well-behaved dog. It's a no-smoking property, and suits families and small groups wanting a self-contained base for exploring the Cardigan Bay coastline.
