About Bryngolau Farm

Tucked into the Ceredigion hills near Llandysul, Bryngolau Farm is a tiny, peaceful retreat with fewer than ten pitches—expect spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, and the kind of remote quiet that makes campfires feel properly atmospheric. The farm supplies local produce and welcomes everyone from Duke of Edinburgh groups to dogs (all year), motorcyclists to families, while hardstanding and grass touring pitches give you options depending on the weather.

It's an excellent springboard for canoeing the Teifi, mountain biking nearby trails, or simply unwinding under the stars. Facilities are straightforward—showers, toilets, recycling, a motorhome service point—but the real draw here is the setting and the genuine sense of escape. A few visitors note the site can feel a little basic if you're after bells and whistles, but for those chasing genuine countryside peace, Bryngolau delivers handsomely.

Lovely little site. Only a handful of pitches. Location is ideal for exploring. Site is basic, but has a disposal point and a water tap and electric hook up points. Owners have minimal contact but are very friendly if you need them. Only down points for me is the pitch area is small (most of the vans sit in the road area......this is not an issue though as there is a grass area at the side of the pitch for awning or parking and a grassed area in the centre of the field) and they could do with a sign indicating the waste water Location (felt a bit cheeky walking around the holiday lets looking for it). We would definitely use again.

Went on bank holiday where site was busy and overbooked !! Although we knew it was a small site the pitches themselves were too small and too close together. Length of pitch also not deep enough. Toilet and shower were nice but the building they were housed in are a bit rough and ready with the shower initially freezing cold to within 30 seconds being so hot we were unable to wash our heads. Would imagine good views from Y llofft ( apartment available ) but no views whatsoever from the pitch area. With it being overbooked, had an emergency occurred it would have been very difficult to hitch up and leave.

What a beautiful little find, we were very lucky to spend a weekend with our 3 dogs in this great little cottage. The cottage wS really well appointed, with everything you need for a short or longer break. Rooms were clean and really well presented. Loved the fact it was really central whilst being remote and quiet too.
