Tyllwyd Farmhouse
Ceredigion
Eighty acres of farmland and hillside views across the Rheidol Valley surround this Victorian farmhouse, a grey-stone detached property that has stood at Tyllwyd since at least 1716. Cattle and sheep graze the fields, and the setting feels genuinely rural—the kind of place where you can step outside and see across open countryside. The farm environment does mean care is needed with young children.
Inside, there are four bedrooms sleeping eight: a king, a zip-and-link super king (divisible into two singles), a double, and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the house. Downstairs holds a living room with wood burner, a kitchen with range cooker and dishwasher, a dining area, and a games room with table football and darts. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; logs for the burner are included. An external utility room has a washing machine and freezer.
The garden is large and enclosed, with patio, seating, a gas and charcoal barbecue, and a firepit. A private hot tub sits to one side. You can fish on-site if you have a licence. There is parking for four cars and a bike store. One pet stays free. No smoking inside.
