Chagford Swimming Pool

Lovely pool, we live in Exeter and this is our favorite despite being a little way away. The water is naturally filtered so doesn't use chlorine, so nice to swim without the chemicals and my skin always feels nicer as a result. We love having a swim, then a hot chocolate next to the pool after with amazing banana bread. It can get busy and once full it's one in one out, so can't always be sure you will get in despite quite a long drive to get there, but we haven't had any issues so far.

Drove an hour today to get there for 2:45 only to be greeted by a sign on a chalk board saying closed for maintenance. Please check our social media. I checked the web site and there was nothing about this. It looks nice an all but this was very frustrating as it was not on the Web site. Please try a bit harder.

Beautiful swimming pool in a wonderful setting! Absolutely loved swimming here in the sunshine, will be back in a week!! The staff are really friendly and helpful and they have set up social distancing really well, making us feel safe but also at ease! Thank you Chagford pool

Looks lovely didn't get to go in it . People queuing from 2.45 we arrived at 3.30 one in one out system in place . Baking hot 🥵 sun and having to que in carpark no shelter , lady at the front had been waiting for an hour already really disappointed ....
