Lovely quiet site with helpful staff. Pitches are a good size and well spaced out. I particularly liked all the bug hotels. The dog area is a good size but might be muddy after rain. When we visited, at Easter, there was hardly anything in the shop - not even bread or eggs. We have our own facilities so didn't use the toilet/shower blocks

Positives a really quiet peaceful park with friendly staff. Negatives. The park appears unloved with overgrown shrubs and hedges and grass so long either side of our pitch, I think they are trying to grow hay. The washing machines are standard domestic machines that only take a fraction of industrial ones on other sites and at £6 a time twice the price of the next site we went to. Our allocated pitch had a damaged electric hook up with the alternative a large distance away, as there were plenty empty sites why would you use the one with the broken hook up.

Stayed here for four nights on Rosie’s field and it was a fantastic site. So peaceful and a great location to explore Dartmoor. Jack and his partner are so helpful and we have booked to come back again in a few weeks Recommend Karla’s cookie jar on site too for great coffee milkshakes and cake!

Just back from a week on this site. Mostly quiet and relaxing, although a number of yapping dogs one day. A good feature of this site is that they offer differing size pitches to suit everyone from small campervans to full length twin axle caravans. The field for the latter has its own loo / shower block and good sized pitches. Most of the pitches are also hard standing over a soft layer so it is actually possible to get tent pegs in (a positive point!!) Very well maintained with much shrubbery and grass and a great welcome when we arrived. And an added bonus for Devon - other than the final 200 yards or so, it is accessed by main roads!! Enjoyed our stay - lots to do in the area.
