Drumble Lodge sits at the end of a single-track lane on a working farm in open Cheshire countryside. The whole place is yours alone, spread across the ground floor with two bedrooms (one double, one bunk bed), a shower room, and a combined living and kitchen space that opens onto decking. One well-behaved dog can stay free, though it must be kept on a lead—this is sheep country. You get electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi as standard; the kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering.
The setting is genuinely quiet. You'll hear birdsong during the day and owls at dusk; the farm's own sheep and goats graze nearby, with cattle visible across the meadows. A lawned garden comes with garden furniture and a fire pit. There's parking for two cars on site. The nearest pub is a ten-minute walk away and serves food. Congleton, a market town with shops and restaurants, is ten minutes by car; footpaths from the lodge lead out into the surrounding countryside. Non-smokers only.
