I have been on this site since November 2024. All I can say is "heaven". So peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The site is extremely well kept and everyone nice and friendly. The owners are lovely. It boasts a lovely paddock with donkeys and goats and a large green play area for children. Definitely the right decision to have a holiday home here .

We have had a caravan on Vale Royal for 20 years. It is a very well run site. The owners are lovely and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The Community spirit is amazing. Everyone helps one another if needed. We love being on the site and have enjoyed every moment.

My wife & I purchased a caravan in July 2023. The owners (Denise & Chris) were so helpful, and have been the whole time weve spent at our holiday home. The site is very well run, and so clean. Theres a fishing pond where owners can fish and relax. Theres also nice walks along the river. So glad we chose this site, we did visit others in the area but found this was ideal.
