The Crofts

The Crofts is a ground-floor cottage within a working equestrian setting, surrounded by 20 acres of farmland near Winsford. The property adjoins the owners' home, where horses and free-roaming cats are part of the landscape. It's a quiet base for exploring rural Cheshire, with a pub within a mile and plenty of countryside attractions nearby—castles at Beeston, Peckforton and Cholmondeley, or National Trust Tatton Park among them.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom serve four guests. The open-plan living space has a smart TV, coffee machine and patio doors opening onto the rear garden. The first bedroom contains a super king-size bed with its own patio doors and ensuite; the second has zip-and-link beds that form either two singles or one super king on request. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and full fridge-freezer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. Private parking fits two cars on site, and there's a bike store. No smoking throughout.
