Premium Lake Lodge

Premium Lake Lodge sits within the Chichester Watersports grounds, where the lake itself becomes part of your stay. The single-storey building accommodates four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with everything on one level accessed via three steps at the entrance. A double bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom with shower room serve the property, alongside a combined living and kitchen area where you can prepare meals using the electric hob and combi oven. Patio doors open onto a lakeside terrace.

The location is built for activity: guests can book watersports directly with the park before arrival—paddleboarding, canoeing, wakeboarding and water-skiing are all available on site. You'll also get a complimentary boat ride across the lake to the main centre, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chichester city centre lies within a 20-minute walk or short drive, its medieval streets enclosed by ancient walls and lined with galleries, museums, restaurants and pubs. The cathedral has stood here for nearly a thousand years; the Festival Theatre is among the cultural draws. Parking is provided on site, and essentials like wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking throughout the property.
