The swimming pool is a bit outdated including the changing room. It can definitely do with a bit of clean up and also refurb. The swimming pool lane swimming can get very busy; I am not the strongest swimmer and can feel the water move due to the amount of people. People were respectful despite swimming behind me or they have changed to a faster lane. Gutted they no longer have the health suite. I attended body pump and the class and trainer was really lovely. No judgement and allows you do do what works for you. Definitely work on the muscles and they give you the heads up on that. Very lovely and can't wait to book my next session. Don't be late as you will be turned away and be charged.

Only been twice, both for grandson's activities. The place is a bit of a maze and I had a little difficulty navigating to the sports centre from the multi-storey car park as a newbie but... Clean and tidy, fairly busy spot with a lot of different activities going on. The town is a much better place for the sports centre.

I enjoy going to the gym although some days can be very busy and you have to wait a lot for a machine and most of the time no staff members to help if you have any questions about how to use the machines. The reception needs refurbishing but the staff are really helpful.

Les Mills Body Balance class is amazing! Highly recommend. I went to the Sunday class. The price is also very reasonable. I pay as you go…am now a member and really enjoy this leisure centre! The Les Mills instructors are great and the receptionists. The gym is amazing. Has everything you need! The pricing is very reasonable for what you get as well!
