About Crown and Cushion Hotel
Forty rooms make the Crown and Cushion a sizeable presence on the High Street in Chipping Norton, and unusually for a town-centre hotel of this kind, it comes with its own indoor swimming pool and gym. That combination suits guests who want to be within walking distance of the shops and pubs but still fancy a swim or workout without leaving the building.
Bedrooms are straightforward and comfortable, and the hotel runs a restaurant and bar on-site along with breakfast each morning. There's a garden for guests who prefer to sit outside, free WiFi throughout, and luggage storage for those breaking up a longer trip. The hotel also hosts weddings, and pets are welcome, so it works for a range of stays beyond the usual overnight visit.
Free on-site parking is provided, which is a genuine convenience in a town where street parking can be tight. Chipping Norton itself sits at the edge of the Cotswolds, making the hotel a practical base for exploring the surrounding countryside and villages.
