About Ramada by Wyndham Chorley South
Ramada by Wyndham Chorley South sits right between Junctions 27 and 28 of the M6, making it an easy stop for anyone travelling through Lancashire by car rather than a destination in itself. Free on-site parking is included, which matters given the motorway setting, and the location suits both overnight breaks and business trips that need quick road access.
The hotel has 72 rooms, all en-suite with air conditioning, and accessible rooms are available. Guests get free WiFi and drinks in the room as standard, with a restaurant and bar on site covering breakfast and evening meals. For those working while away, there are meeting rooms and business services, plus a gym for anyone wanting to keep up a routine on the road.
Chorley itself lies nearby, and there are further pubs and restaurants within reach for guests who fancy stepping outside the hotel. It's a practical base built around convenience rather than surroundings, well suited to travellers who need a comfortable, no-fuss stop just off the motorway.
Guests consistently praise this hotel for its wide variety of food options, including a great breakfast, and highlight the friendly and helpful staff. The excellent value for money makes it an ideal choice for a stopover.
Some reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained.
