Inn Cottage is a traditional stone building in Pool of Muckhart, a small village in the Devon Valley. The whole property is yours alone, arranged over one floor with two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), a shower room, and a combined living and dining space with a multi-fuel burner. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial fuel for the burner; heating and electricity are also covered.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, and parking for three cars on site. The village pub is within walking distance—it brews its own ale and serves food—with further eating options in Dollar, three miles away. This location suits families wanting a quiet base near walking routes including the Rumbling Bridge gorge, or those planning visits to Gleneagles golf course or the wider Trossachs and Loch Lomond area. Stirling and Perth are within reasonable driving distance for day trips. Shops are 100 yards from the cottage. No smoking inside.
