What visitors say
We have been to The Melting Pot 4 times over the last 6 years, the results of which have been many wonderful pieces. For each of our 3 daughters we have a Christmas plate, unfortunately the one for our newest daughter wasn't exactly as requested and had a couple of elements that weren't the same as our other 2 daughters plates, although the plate was still lovely, I did want it to match with the other two. I contacted Cam at The Melting Pot, who was quick to reply and offer us another sitting to redo the plate exactly as we want it. We couldn't have asked for them to be more accommodating, they are always a pleasure to deal with and are extremely talented. If you get a piece from them, you won't regret it

Highly Recommended! Been to the melting pot 3 times now and each time it’s been great. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Today I went with my 6month old and they were fantastic. I had her foot prints done and the lady I believe her name was Lauren was so patient and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much and they even have a baby Change which is so helpful! The pottery painting experience is always so lovely as well, they are just a fabulous small business. Would really recommend brining your little ones if you want their hands of feet done, the artists can also paint anything you want around the feet ! Will always come back here when I want to do painting:)

Cannot recommend the Melting Pot enough! I have now had two commissioned pieces from here and have painted my own pottery. Every member of staff here is so friendly and helpful, I have had a beyond 5 star service with every encounter. You can entirely trust that whatever you do here, whether it’s a commissioned piece or your own painted pottery, will be absolutely stunning and your experience will be second to none. If you haven’t been, then make it a priority to go! Thank you so much to everyone at The Melting Pot for all of your hard work. My absolute favourite small business- you are all amazing!

I had a lovely morning painting at the Melting Pot. The staff were so friendly and explained the various paints and tools available. It was very laidback and relaxing. I went a little over my allotted time and at no point felt pressured or rushed by the staff. My pottery was ready around 10 days later and I’m really pleased with it. I’ll definitely be back, maybe next time with my dog for a paw print piece!
