What visitors say
Went with my partner and 3 girls ages 3-6 years old. We arrived early and took the girls to the soft play which costs 2.84 per child for an hour which was amazing. Our time in the pool was brilliant the children aswell as ourselves enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the only down fall was when we got out there was no hot water in the showers when j say it was ice cold we had to run through there because of how cold it was if this was sorted would give 10 outa 10 but because of the showers being so cold il give a solid 8 out 10 will be back soon

Very nice place for families, unfortunately not clear with the timing as hard to understand the mesages trough the speakers, would much better to see information on the screens. Toilets dirty not hygienic at all , young staff around not confident not sure about what they doing most of them can't answer to the questions about facilities, timing looks very woried around you makes you feel a bit nervous too. Otherwise nice place to spend time with kids. Just a bit work on higen and maybe more training with staff. Politeness and smile would be a good bonus.

Really great party option for 12th birthday. Kids all had a blast and no issues with temperature in pool reported. Out of the pool, in cafe, it is a hot house temperature. Only downside was the cake tried to melt in the humidity so a proper cool bag is essential. Worth putting in food orders just before kids are coming out if a group. Need to book ahead if you have dietary requirements.

Was a bit dubious after reading previous reviews. We went and had a great time. The slides are brill. The water was clean and at a good temperature. The place was really clean with no issues at all. If you turn up at your alloted time you go straight in, no waiting. If you're thinking about going... go.. it's worth it.
