Absolutely top ranking in terms of all the soft plays we’ve been to. The staff here are really attentive, super helpful and for hot children they even keep cold wet flannels to cool them down on a break. The food is okay and it’s well priced. I’m really happy to recommend. My kids say ‘great’, ‘fantastic’, ‘lots of hiding places’ 😬

Brilliant play centre, allows parents to interact with the children playing on the equipment, I paid £20 for two grand children two hours playtime including two children's meals including drinks, a well stocked cafe for refreshments and food for the parents to eat whiles the children play, great value for your money, will be visiting this place again many times.

One and only indoor play area in Lancaster. Different slides and tunnels for the kids. However, fully grown adults — getting on and blocking the slides, even when children aged 6–7 are waiting to use them. This felt unsafe and no staff steps in. The food portions from the café also seemed to vary quite a bit each visit — you never quite know what size you're getting for your money. Specially when to comes to chippy. Remember kids meal deal is not cheap - handful of chippy and a slice 99p Aldi pizza is like £5 approx with a very cheap tomato catchup. The ladies staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful from the moment we arrived — no acknowledgement, no smile, just a dismissive attitude. Having read other recent reviews it seems this is a recurring issue, yet management don't appear to be responding or addressing it at all. Such a shame as it could be a lovely place for kids. Until management starts taking feedback seriously and trains their staff properly, I wouldn't recommend it.

First time today with our almost 1 year old. Fab experience, lovely area for under 2 and toddlers. She really enjoyed it. Spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly, especially the 2 young men ☺️ will definitely be back!
