Just got back from our 4 night stay. The caravan site is immaculately kept and in a lovely, quiet location with stunning views. Staff were very helpful and let us check in early with our 2 dogs. Caravan was lovely, very clean, in a beautiful spot and very well laid out. The welcome packs for us and the dogs were much appreciated on arrival. Looking forward to coming back next year. Only improvement would be to have an option to buy a few food essentials on site to save going off site to the shops.

The site is pitcher perfect. Penmaenmawr has eveything a holiday maker needs great food ,walk, views, sea side, fun little shops. Dog firendly to the max. near by water park kid will love. Go for the hot tub! There was nothing like siting in it look out over the sea view.

The caravan was nice and functional. The single rooms were very cozy, but functional for our purpose as we were put most of the day. Location is only a 4 star because while it is lovely, it is difficult to access if you don't own a vehicle - uphill walk all the way and bus service to other cities is generally limited to one or max 2 per hour. The trash bins on the caravan site are also located at the very front and would require a walk on the hilly slope. There was a 15 min wait to receive our keys, but the staff were very responsive when the heating kept on dropping during the evenings.

We have been visiting Craiglwyd hall caravan park since 2012 and since 2020 we have been staying at the site 3 times a year as a holiday guest. We have stayed in a number of different caravans, including one with a hot tub and we have also stayed in the orme apartment, so we have experienced a lot of different accommodation the site has to offer and can honestly say each one was perfect. We cannot fault the site at all. It is beautiful, well looked after, quiet, clean and in such a lovely location. We look forward to all of our holidays here and always have the next one booked! Please never change!
