Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage sits in an elevated position within reach of both Snowdonia's peaks and the North Wales coastline. The cottage itself is a compact, single-storey property sleeping four across two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with bunks—and one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The open-plan living and kitchen area has everything needed for self-catering: electric cooking, microwave, fridge, and Freeview television. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. The small garden comes with furniture for sitting out, and there is fishing available on-site in the grounds. Parking for one car is right outside. The cottage is heated throughout, making it suitable year-round. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra charge.

No smoking is permitted indoors. A lake sits 110 yards away within the grounds, so this is not ideal for very young children without supervision. The property works well for couples, small families or friends looking for a quiet base to explore the area, whether that means coastal walks, castle visits, or access to Snowdonia's mountain activities.
