We have recently bought a caravan here and found the owners to be very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of teething problems at first, but lolo sorted them straight away and nothing was too much trouble. We chose this site as it is only very small and the owners do not let their caravans out.

A lovely kept site that is run by a lovely family. Peaceful, relaxing with no frills. The camp only hosts a waste area and lauderet buy this serves only to keep the price of the ground rent down. With the site being centrally located in holiday site of Towyn there is no real need to pay over the odds at other busier,noisier sites.

This is not a good place to buy a caravan site fees £3200.00 a year no park or club very greedy owners i bought my caravan 12 months ago for £9500.00 but only got offerd £5000.00 back just be aware and stay clear also never told me i could not hire caravan out got given no site rules when bought the caravan.
