About Maes y Bryn Campsite
Tucked into the Denbigh Moors with views across to Snowdonia's peaks, Maes y Bryn offers family-friendly camping and glamping about eight miles from Betws-y-Coed. The site's hillside location makes a relaxed base for walkers and cyclists, with dogs welcome to join the adventure. Electric hook-ups are available, alongside the usual facilities—showers, toilets, drinking water and chemical disposal—though there's no WiFi, which some visitors might miss.
The range of pitches suits different tastes, from traditional tent spots to more comfortable glamping options, and the rural setting feels genuinely away from it all without being awkwardly remote. It's a solid, straightforward choice for exploring Conwy's varied landscape.

We had a lovely stay camping here on a sunny bank holiday weekend. Beautiful location, Beryl was so welcoming and peaceful surroundings. Facilities clean and a really powerful shower! Thank you Beryl

This was a beautiful campsite in a very peaceful part of North Wales. We arrived to a very warm welcome and was able to select a pitch of our choosing, we decided to go next to the stream, and it did not disappoint. The facilities were clean and showers were very large. We had an electric pitch which was a bonus. Showers came at a small cost of 20p per 2.5 minutes but this was already explained on booking. We highly recommend for a quiet and peaceful break.

Wonderful simple campsite. The lady who runs it couldn't be more helpful. She was so lovely. Facilities were always clean and showers were hot and powerful enough. We went with a trailer tent and were given more than enough room for setting up and play room. I really like that it's a small site and you're not allowed music at any time so it was always quiet enough to allow our children to sleep well. We will be looking to book here again next time we visit the area.
