Beach Front Apartment is a ground-floor one-bedroom place in Colwyn Bay, a short walk from the seafront. The essentials are all here: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There's parking for one car, and one dog stays free of charge. No smoking inside.
The single bedroom has a kingsize bed. The bathroom is an ensuite with a shower and heated towel rail. The open-plan living space combines kitchen and sitting area, with a Smart TV, electric hob, and a combination microwave-oven-grill, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. A welcome pack is provided. Outside, there's a small patio with seating where you can sit with a cup of tea and watch the day go by.
Colwyn Bay has beaches, seafront cafés and shops within easy reach. The promenade is opposite. The apartment suits two people, whether they're looking for a quiet coastal break or a base to explore further along the North Wales coast.

My wife & i plus our dog Jay have just returned from a 6 day stay at the Beachfront apartment. It’s a great location right on the seafront at Rhos, and benefits from off road parking at the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean and complete with all the essentials (& more) you need for your stay. The front of the property is an open plan living room / kitchen, thru to a King size bed & then on to a shower / toilet. In this heatwave it was welcome to find the rooms cool, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room if needed. We met Matt on the first day & he explained if we had any problems or needs, just give him a shout. But we didn’t as the whole stay at Beachfront exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to Matt, Abi & the family for such a great apartment & can’t finish without mentioning the excellent welcome pack & yes we will be returning 👍👍 Adrian & Gill & Jay🦴🦴

I recently enjoyed 6 nights here with my pet labrador. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, being very close to the beach and local amenities. The owners were friendly and helpful. I would love to return.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely beachfront apartment. The hosts Matthew and Ami were so friendly and gave us lots of information about the local area. The location is truly to die for and its situated literally eight steps away from a fantastic beachfront. Thank you Matthew and Ami we will certainly be booking again soon
