Colwyn Bay's seafront promenade runs past this ground-floor apartment, putting the beach and coastal walks within minutes on foot. The building sits across from the water with local cafes and pubs nearby. Access is via four steps to the entrance; the apartment itself is all on one level.
Inside are a living room with a sofa bed, a separate king-size bedroom, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than just heating takeaways. The ensuite has a shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors open to a small garden with seating. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are all included. One car can park on site, and one pet stays free of charge. The property does not allow smoking.
This suits a couple or a small family wanting a seaside base without fuss, or anyone bringing a dog to explore the bay. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.

My wife & i plus our dog Jay have just returned from a 6 day stay at the Beachfront apartment. It’s a great location right on the seafront at Rhos, and benefits from off road parking at the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean and complete with all the essentials (& more) you need for your stay. The front of the property is an open plan living room / kitchen, thru to a King size bed & then on to a shower / toilet. In this heatwave it was welcome to find the rooms cool, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room if needed. We met Matt on the first day & he explained if we had any problems or needs, just give him a shout. But we didn’t as the whole stay at Beachfront exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to Matt, Abi & the family for such a great apartment & can’t finish without mentioning the excellent welcome pack & yes we will be returning 👍👍 Adrian & Gill & Jay🦴🦴

I recently enjoyed 6 nights here with my pet labrador. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, being very close to the beach and local amenities. The owners were friendly and helpful. I would love to return.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely beachfront apartment. The hosts Matthew and Ami were so friendly and gave us lots of information about the local area. The location is truly to die for and its situated literally eight steps away from a fantastic beachfront. Thank you Matthew and Ami we will certainly be booking again soon
