Derwas

When you arrive at Derwas, you step into a substantial open-plan ground floor built for groups. The kitchen, dining and main living area flow together, with an electric oven and gas hob for proper cooking, a dishwasher, and enough space for everyone to gather. A separate sitting room has a smart TV; a study with an open fire offers quieter moments. The ground floor utility room has a washer and dryer, and there's a woodburner heating the main living space.

Upstairs are five bedrooms: one with a king bed, three with doubles, and two with single beds—sleeping up to 11 in total. Three bathrooms serve the floors, each with a bath; two also have showers. Bed linen, towels, wifi, heating and firewood are all included. Private parking fits four cars. One dog can stay free.

Dolwen hamlet sits between Colwyn Bay and the Conwy Valley in North Wales, convenient for coastal walks and the wider region. The house does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
