Seaview Retreat is a 15th-century townhouse on a quiet residential street, full of period detail—stone inglenook, ship-timber beams—but fitted out for contemporary living.

The ground floor holds a sitting room with woodburner and TV, an open-plan dining area, and a kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Folding doors open onto a south-facing slate courtyard garden with seating. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom. A second staircase leads to a mezzanine king bedroom with an en-suite shower and views across to the castle. The property sleeps six. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking.
