Pensarn Beach is a short walk away, and the seafront at Abergele offers arcades, amusement parks, a boating lake and traditional seaside entertainment within easy reach. Tegfan itself sits on one level throughout, making it straightforward for families and groups who want everything accessible without stairs.

The open-plan living and dining area looks onto an enclosed garden with a private hot tub for four. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double, a bunk room, and a twin. There is one shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available for three cars, and there is an electric vehicle charging point on site (charged separately). One well-behaved dog stays free; the owners provide a welcome pack and dog extras.

The property is for families and couples only. No smoking is permitted. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
