The Barn stands on its own in the owner's grounds near Conwy, within reach of Eryri National Park. It's a single-storey conversion with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, and an ensuite shower room. Ground-floor access means no stairs. Underfloor heating and a log burner keep things warm; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. You get your own courtyard with garden furniture and parking for two cars. One dog can come with you. No smoking inside.
A country pub is within walking distance. From the property you can step straight out onto footpaths, or drive a few miles to Betws-y-Coed for access to Snowdonia's higher walks and lakes. Closer by are activities like the Marin Bike trails in Gwydir Forest, Surf Snowdonia, and tree-top climbing. Head the other way and you'll reach Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Vineyard and the medieval walled town of Conwy with its castle and harbour frontage.

Excellent place. Thanks for your hospitality, Frank and Jane, and your advice on local attractions. We loved our stay. Nice pub close by, as well as a nice coffee shop, and their garden is fantastic. We will be back. Robert and Maryne.

Outstanding hospitality, very peaceful perfect for a relaxing break. Staying at 'the barn' 5 star cottage converted barn, absolutely brilliant, planning on rebooking for next year in May.
