Tyn Y Coed Farm House is an 18th-century farmhouse restored with traditional character—slate floors, timber beams, an inglenook fireplace—but equipped for modern comfort. You arrive into a living room with a wood burner and views across the Conwy estuary toward Snowdonia. The dining room's picture windows and patio doors open onto a south-facing terrace where garden furniture invites you to sit outside. The kitchen has everything needed to cook properly: electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, coffee machine. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits nearby. Downstairs also has a shower room with shower and toilet.
