About Bluebell Campsite
Tucked into peaceful Cornish countryside yet just three miles from the A30, Bluebell Campsite offers adults-only tranquility without sacrificing accessibility. This small, well-maintained site features spacious, wheelchair-accessible facilities including large showers and step-free bathrooms, plus a communal barbecue area perfect for summer evenings. Pitches come with electric hook-ups on grass or gravel hardstanding, and there's even water hook-up points for tourers.
The location proves ideal for exploring Cornwall's highlights—beaches, St Ives' galleries, and St Michael's Mount all lie within half an hour's drive. Closer still, the village of Praze-an-Beeble offers a pub, shop, and chippy about 20 minutes' walk away, while Camborne sits five minutes down the road. Well-behaved dogs are welcome year-round (though leads are required), making this a solid base for couples and dog owners seeking a relaxed countryside retreat with easy access to Cornwall's coast and attractions.

What visitors say
Hidden gem of a camp site run by a lovely friendly and welcoming couple. Good size pitches with countryside views -watch the tractors working away as you sit and relax. Lovely toilet block with perfect temperature showers which are kept very clean - my Mum commented that she's never seen such a clean toilet block at a camp site. There's also a washing up area, BBQ area, and playground. This was our second visit and we look forward to returning.

We have just spent 2 weeks camping here (EHU) and enjoyed every minute. Toilets, showers and washing up area nice, spacious and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and staff there and they are all so friendly. The small on-site gift shop is a little treasure trove. It’s a nice small, quiet, secure site. You need a code to gain access to the site when the main gates are shut, as a parent of young children this really appealed to me as it meant that only people registered to stay on the campsite can gain access. There is a lovely little park for the children to play on and the food and drinks from the cafe are fantastic and great value. Loved it so much we are returning next year.

Second review: Just left after a wonderful 14-night stay over at Bluebell. It was amazing! We had some friends that we made friends with in the campsite back 2019 with us. And even met some new friends! All of us are of which heading back next year. The cafe was very tasty. The play park also had a new climbing frame. Like I said in my previous review (deleted now as I can't have 2 reviews 😔), the atmosphere is very friendly, quiet and calm. The staff. Oh they are wonderful. Very friendly! They even pop up to our caravan every now and then to see how we all are. 👍 Anyways, over all, after the second time in a row staying here: I have absolutely loved it 💯 Thank you so much for having us Bluebell, cannot wait to come back next year! ☺
