Tucked into rolling countryside just seven miles from Newquay, Trethiggey Holiday Park is a thoughtfully maintained wildlife haven that makes an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's north coast. The site's owners have planted over 4,000 shrubs and trees, creating habitats for badgers, foxes, kingfishers and buzzards – nature signs dotted around the park help you identify visiting species. Had a great experience there! Staff are really friendly and always keen to help. The place is very well organised and maintained. Toilets and facilities are very clean and tidy. Surf friendly place with an area to wash your board and wetsuit. It's also close to many surf spots in the area. A big shout out to Jill who was always on top of everything. Such a great little campsite, with really friendly and helpful staff. We only spent 1 night but I'm already thinking about staying again. It has all the facilities you need which were nice and clean and the water was hot too. It was really peaceful, surrounded by trees and the pitch was really large. Not far from town, so glad we found it. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely small and peaceful campsite, perfect for families. We’ve been staying here since April and can’t fault a thing—the facilities are always spotless, pitches are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal, with beaches just a short distance away.
