The enclosed garden has two separate seating areas, patio furniture, and a private parking space for two cars. One dog stays free.

The property has a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and shower, a twin bedroom, and a second shower room. The open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating and double doors to the garden; the kitchen is large enough for proper cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. Bed linen and wifi are included, along with heating and electricity. There are three steps into the garden itself.

The village has its own shop, bar and restaurant, and a children's play area. North Cornwall's beaches—rockpools, swimming, surfing—are within reach, and Newquay is nearby too. No smoking is permitted indoors.
