The location puts you within reach of Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary, with the town's restaurants and shops nearby. Two bedrooms and a bathroom mean there's enough space for families; the main bedroom has a double and single bed with an ensuite shower, while the second holds a double and single. A shared bathroom with a bath and shower serves both. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave—everything needed to cook properly or simply reheat takeaways. A lounge area has a Freeview TV and dining space. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
