Atlantic House is a semi-detached stone cottage built to last, positioned where the South West Coastal Path runs practically past the front door. The location cuts the walking distance to Bude Beach to just a few minutes; the village itself spreads around the immediate area with shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach. One dog stays free, and there is private parking for two cars and a secure bike store.
Downstairs holds a living room with an open fire and a sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine included. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles. The single bathroom has a shower over the bath. An enclosed lawn garden opens from the house, furnished with a patio and barbecue. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard; heating is by oil central heating.
The cottage suits families and groups wanting direct access to coastal walking, or couples looking for a Cornish base without needing to drive far. The nearest shops and food are less than 100 yards away. No smoking inside.
