Barn Cottage

Barn Cottage is a converted barn on a working farm near Bodmin, sleeping two in a single bedroom. Everything you need for a self-catering stay is here: the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The whole property is yours alone, and you can bring one dog.

The layout is straightforward—one ground-floor bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living and dining space with French doors opening onto a private enclosed garden. The garden has a patio, established planting and a barbecue. There is parking for two cars on site. No smoking.

Bodmin is less than two miles away. The Camel Trail for cycling is nearby, and Polzeath, Harlyn and Trevone beaches are within reach by car. Lanhydrock house and the Eden Project are both close by. The River Fowey runs within easy walking distance.
