Beech House is a restored stone property near Looe, Cornwall, sleeping six across four bedrooms. The building itself signals quality—hand-crafted traditional stonework frames a house built for comfort and built to last. You have the whole place to yourself, with one bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet on the ground floor. One dog can stay free of charge.
The layout spreads across two storeys. Downstairs holds a living room with a wood burner, a kitchen and dining area equipped for cooking (electric cooker, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine), a utility room with a washing machine, a study, and a games room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room; a second bedroom holds a double bed, and two singles complete the sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Heating is oil central; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial fuel for the wood burner are included.
Outside, an enclosed lawn and patio wraps around the house, furnished with seating and a gas barbecue for evening meals. Private parking fits three cars. Looe town and the beach are nearby. The property does not permit smoking.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach House in Looe. From the moment we arrived, Gary made us feel incredibly welcome. He genuinely loves hosting people, and it shows in every little detail. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The house itself is amazing, with breathtaking sea views and the beach literally just across the road, making it the perfect location for a relaxing coastal getaway. One of the highlights is the incredible entertainment room. It’s packed with something for everyone, including a pool table, darts, arcade games, foosball, and a great selection of board games. It’s the perfect space for families and groups to spend time together, whatever the weather. And then there are Gary’s homemade brownies… they are simply out of this world! Without a doubt, they’re the best brownies we’ve ever tasted and a real treat that made our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place with stunning views, an unbeatable location, fantastic facilities, and a host who truly cares about his guests, we couldn’t recommend the Beach House in Looe highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing week at the Beach House in Looe. We were a family of 14, including 4 small children. This totally felt like home for the week - the house is so well-equipped and Gary made sure that we were comfortable during our stay… he popped by as reassuringly only lived nearby. The views out to sea were simply stunning - we were very lucky with the weather, but this place would be mesmerising even in winter. We loved swimming in the sea just over the road, and Looe itself is a great place. The kids - and adults! - loved the games room, and the badminton in the garden was a real bonus too. Our kids booked a private chef one day - with this setting as a backdrop it was such a treat! Polperro and Fowey were great, the Eden Project worth a visit. Communication was also always amazing. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone - we’d absolutely love to return one day! This home helped us to build some amazing family memories in a very special year for us. Thanks!

We have had absolutely the best week at the Beach House. This property is stunning, very well equipped and beautifully presented. The views are outstanding and the location is perfect. You can cross the road and be on the beach, a very short walk to a great cafe / kiosk with delicious food, cakes, drinks. A lovely walk into the town and a sandy beach. I highly recommend this property. The bedrooms are really well thought out and the living areas exceptional. The teenagers loved the games room and we all used the patio and balconies every day. We could not have asked for anymore and would absolutely love to come back again. This is a luxurious house that has everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Absolutely fantastic house, wonderful location with views out to sea, facilities were excellent, 2 large bbq's, games room was a hit with all three generations, pinball was a hit with our 80 yr old mother in law!. Wonderful time was had by all in this amazing property. Special mention for the owner Gary, who went above and beyond, the most amazing home cooked brownies, any problem was never an issue, thank you for a memorable 60th birthday for my wife, family and friends.
