Set within 110 acres of farmland near the north Cornish coast, it's a stone building with space to spread out: four bedrooms sleep up to eight, three bathrooms mean mornings run smoother, and a hot tub and sauna are for private use. The whole property is yours alone.

Downstairs has a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine—plus a living room with woodburner and Freeview TV. The master bedroom has a super king bed and ensuite; the other three bedrooms have a king, two singles, and bunks. Central heating keeps things warm, and essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Out the back there's a firepit, garden furniture, and space to settle in. Electric car charging is available if needed, and there's parking for three cars.

The nearest beaches are a few miles away. No smoking indoors. The property draws water from a borehole rather than mains supply.
