The Lookout is a single-bedroom cottage on Bogee Farm near Wadebridge, designed as a complete retreat for two. Everything unfolds on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with woodburner, kitchen with electric cooker, kingsize bedroom, and shower room with heated towel rail. The wood-fired hot tub on the front garden is yours alone, along with an outdoor shower and seating area. Private parking and an electric car charging point are provided.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. Initial fuel for the woodburner comes with the cottage; more is available locally. The property draws water from a borehole. No smoking is permitted indoors.
This corner of the farm is quiet, surrounded by rolling countryside that makes it feel remote despite being near Wadebridge. The stretch of Cornish coast is close by, though the cottage itself is set back from any sea views. It works well for couples seeking a few days away from routine, especially those who value a private hot tub and the option to cook their own meals.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Farmhouse Bogee Farm. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, the sauna was just beautiful and the location meant all our favourite places were on the doorstep. We came away feeling very relaxed and would love to return one day.

Bogee Cottage was a cosy and comfortable base for our long weekend near Padstow. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple meals. We also really appreciated being able to bring our little dog with us and charge our EV on site. The location is ideal for exploring Padstow and nearby South West Coast Path walks, and even with the grim weather, the cottage made it easy to relax and still enjoy a lovely weekend away. Communication with hosts was friendly, helpful and efficient.

We were 6 friends staying at the Manor for a long weekend and loved our stay! The house and outside area are charming, comfortable and everything is immaculate. The location is great, so close to Padstow and many amazing beaches and hikes and great food of course- we are already planning our return :) lovely hosts as well, thank you!

Bogee farm was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, and the location was great for accessing lots of areas in Cornwall. We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!
