One bedroom opens into the other, which works well for a couple travelling with a child. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; parking for two cars sits on site.

A rear garden with seating looks out across planted borders and chippings. The spot catches the evening sun, and on clear nights offers open sky. Walking distance covers Perranporth's shops, cafés and restaurants, while the beach itself lies under a mile away—close enough that most guests leave the car behind. Bolenna Park nearby has tennis courts, a children's play area and a boating lake. The surrounding coast path runs through outstanding natural scenery. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking.
